TM and R marks BLX 95

    They could simply have been made at different times. You can use TM as soon as you create something to indicate that you consider it to be a Trademark of your product. To use R, you have to have filed and received your registration from the trademark office and that takes at least a few months and up to years. They may have used TM until they got the registration and then switched to R on some particular run of racquets.
