Beijing? And you're missing Cincinnati, the true slam.

    Why Beijing?
My favorite tournaments are Monte-Carlo, RG, Wimbledon and Indian Wells.

My least favorite tournament is Cincinnati (and Madrid naturally but that's more a circus than a tournament).

The year-end championship is always fun to watch because of how quickly the ball travels and so few surfaces are on indoors now. Of course, that can turn it into an ace/winner/UE-fest.

Aside from that, clay's my favourite surface to view. I like the rallies and there's something about that orange colour...

Monte Carlo is only man, doesn't qualify for GS
Beijing is x2 the money (same as IW or Miami)

uhmm,? good point, somehow, not so good after all.
you are right, Tokyo is only WTA but Paris is only ATP, so you are very welcome to check Other box, neither of them would be however even a long shot to be a GS consideration

it helps if you read previous posts "Monte Carlo is only man, doesn't qualify for GS" and GS's are not included for very obvious reason:confused:

Madrid is clearly the most entertaining, innovative and well organized. Your all jealous of tiriacs money its either that or his moustache.

Wtf should be regarded as being higher than the others

Like the grand slam events the wtf is clearly above these other events so shouldn't be in the list. So what is the number 1 event AFTER the WTF? I would say it is probably miami or rome, though monte carlo has all the fantastic history, so maybe that one.

Cincy is great. Great tournament to attend, and love the angle they use for TV. I also really like IW.

The only reservation I have about YEC is this is a split event. If it was held in the same city at the same time for both men and women it would have a "flavour" of GS event. The way it is right now is just a big money winning machine

At this point Miami has more ambiance, and this is what makes a true GS being so good. Both Miami and YEC fit the time gap nicely.

    Again, M/C is only ATP

As a slam, Cincy seems a strange option
