This does not occur all the time I play tennis. Sometimes, I will be playing tennis and all of the sudden for no reason the top of my foot between my ankles on my left foot seems feel as if were sprain. I have done nothing really to it as I know of. Sometimes I can walk it off in a few minutes and other times it is sore. I feels like I have to drag it around if I play with it in that condition. Boy, do the oponents love it when I start the dragging process! What is the problem? Are there braces that may help?
