I'm after some recommendations for strings for my racquets. I have a pair of PS classic 6.1s, I have previously used Technifibre strings but would like to try some others just to try something different.
I'm more of a net player than baseline, I tend to hit quite flat on groundstrokes which I take quite early, power is not generally a problem apart from the backhand (one-handed), where I struggle with high ones or in returning slowly looping shots. Volleys are reasonable, serve is usually flat with some top/side on second. I occasionally struggle to control spin, in that I don't always know how much slice or dip I'll get - for this reason I'd prefer strings with touch and good feel on spin.
I'd prefer to keep to a reasonable budget, although as I'm not a heavy spinner and play at most twice a week longevity isn't too much of a problem.
