    Hi all,

I'm curious if i need the xl tournagrip light blue or just the original for my Prince Rebel 98. I've read online the original isn't long enough for a normal handle. I'm hopingg someone on here is more knowledgeable on tournagrip and can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks!

Get the xl if you use a two handed backhand. There's hardly any price difference between them, so just go with the xl. There's a huge chance the regular version won't make it to the top of your handle since it's more narrow (the length is the same). The regular version is good for people with one handed backhands who don't need the full grip to be overgripped, and want less weight added to the racquet.

Been using Tourna for 30yrs... Haven't seen "original" for some time.
It's all XL or XXL here, latter is same length just wider.

XL suits most of my tennis sticks but I keep some XXL for 27.5 & 28" longbodies.
I'm using smaller #2-3 grips too, all those 1/8"s can add up :)

With those, you're dealing with a normal grip. The XXL is thicker AND wider. It causes the bevels on the handle to round out.

I'm a one handed backhand and I use XL. Original is too thin and the XXL is too thick for me.

The original is a joke. Basically unusable with today's racquets.

XL doesn't even fully cover my (average) grip.

If you have a two hander I would go XXL so you have it exactly the way you want.

I use tourna XL. It covers the grip on a babolat pure storm or on a head prestige.
