Just a question on phrasing. On the USTA tennislink site for a tournament, it specifically says: "This is a ... Tournament with a consolation." How would you interpret this? I entered this tournament thinking... consolation draw. In the context of a tournament, consolation would seem to refer to a back draw. In the context of tennis, 'consolation' seems an odd way to refer to a PRIZE, particularly when you don't say 'PRIZE'... Am I just having an odd interpretation of this? I'm a bit miffed that the only reason I signed up for the tournament turns out to be a poor or incorrect tournament description.
