Training during holiday???

    I posted my weight training program earlier, but as it is now i'll be having 10 days of holiday next month, and I won't be able to train with my dumbbells.

    1) Would this be a good time to do some compund exercises in the hotel while i'm away? If so, what kind would get through most of the muscle groups?

    2) Should I try to overtrain these weeks up to my holiday and have my body overcompensate while i'm away for 10 days? Training on the Edge

    Any tips would be much appreciated :)
