Hi, i'm a coach in england, and i've got about a month between any serious work. Me and another coach at the club have decided to go into training and return to to competitive match play at indoor tounrmanents and in time for the spring curcuit. I'm only 22 and would probably be somewhere between 5 and 5.5 on the US rating system. we will plan to hit 5-6 days as week with the following times: 10-1 in the morning (this will be the main trainging session) 3-4 (an hour in the gym!) and a hit in the evening with someone else (no longer than two hours) What i would like advice on is pretty much everything to to in that time. I will be hitting twice during the week with two senior coaches, one with 10 years experience and the other is Paul Delgado (who was going to be a pro until injuriry premeaturely ended his career). I've been gven suggestions from else where but i'm very intrested to see what everyone here has to say. I start monday, wish me luck!
