Hello, I am a 183cm guy who weighs around 88 kg. During winter I usually run a bit (3 times a week of 6-7 km runs). But its been difficult for me to run during summer, since I play a lot of tennis. Does anyone have any good tips or running schedules? I almost play tennis everyday and sometimes two times a day. Last week my schedule was: Tuesday: 1 hour tennis traning (morning) Wednesday: 1 hour tennis training (morning) and 1 hour tennis training in the afternoon Thursday: Tennis training 2 hours Friday: Tennis training 2 hours Saturday: Tennis match 2 hours Sunday: Tennis training 3 hours I wanna avoid injuries, so I am unsure if doing more workout would be overkill? Any input?
