Training to Get More Explosive on the Court

    Can you guys give me some tips on what to do to get faster and more explosive on the court? My footwork is very good, but sometimes I still feel I am slow out there. Thanks in advance for helping me.

    You want explosive?

    Squats, do them until your legs are rubber.
    Sprints, do them until your legs are rubber and you feel collapse.
    Stutter steps, do them until your legs are rubber and you're near death.

    You stand with your feet shoulder width apart, then as fast as possible basically just lift your feet off the ground then back down, it should be a very rapid step motion.
