If what he has done is all true then what is the quality of the character of this "friend." He lies, steals and blows off his victim. If this is true then what about the quality of the company he keeps. I'm not trying to insult you or make you feel bad, but think about it, we are a product of the company we keep.

I'm not advising you to you go kick his ass. No. Just reconsider the use of the term "friend." I'm sure you deserve higher standards of friends than what he appears to be.

I can't help but find the way he got caught hilarious.

"Hmm I think I'll take a pic with akybo's aerodrive in the background like where's waldo and say it was stolen."

    EPIC FAIL!

Wow, between 1,000 and 1,500 views. We should all put together a tennis nerd army and knock down the door to his math room in the middle of his school day with the FBI. That would feel good. :)

Have a SWAT team break into his class through the windows, throw in smoke grenades and then grab him.

Why should you have to lose money to fix Trevors wrong doing? This will make it so he never learns.

Well everyone, I hate to admit it but I was scammed by Trevor too!

Here's my story: I wanted to trade my APDC for an Aerostorm. Trevor replied to my ad stating that he had an "almost new" Aerostorm so we agreed to the trade. I shipped mine the next day and emailed him scanned documents to show that I had shipped it. He replied saying that his Aerostorm had been stolen from his bag in his coach's office. We agreed on a price but he refused to pay anything until he received the racket. Since I used delivery confirmation, I saw that he got the racket but when I questioned him about it, he said that he never got it.

To make a long a story short, obviously I never got the Aerostorm and I never got paid for my racket. If Trevor didn't get the racket, I would warn everyone not to deal with him simply because he must live in a high crime area. Obviously now I realize I was scammed.

This guy here is a real sleaze. He will answer your emails and defend himself and claim that he is innocent. He doesn't ignore you, he'll keep up the game as long as you want to. Everyone, we need to completely stay away from this junior scammer!

Wow I'm sorry to hear you have been scammed too. I thought this was just a one racquet incident, now its come to two! Are you going to press charges? We have enough incrimating evidence and know where he lives.Plus soggyramen on these boards is friends with him.

I'm just glad that someone spoke up so that I could add even more credibility to the post. I don't really care about the $100. Obviously now everyone will know what a thief and liar he is.

By the way, I saw his strokes video and he sucks! He wants some sort of tennis scholarship. That day will never come.

got a question, isnt it always coutesy for a new person on the boards to send money or racquets first when they do a deal with a member who has feedback? because thats always been my policy and so far even new member i have dealt with they have complied with me

FedererForehand, that's a little harsh but I get your point. My only answer is that I don't leave a negative feedback lightly. People could have read between the lines and drawn a wrong conclusion which could have been unfair. I mean this guy kept replying to my emails stating that he wanted to look into it on his end. He gave you the impression that he wanted to help. It's not he took the racket and ran.

By the way I edited my earlier post. No one should deal with this guy at all.

Trevor, what I write on the delivery confirmation ticket can be completely different than what I write on the package. I always triple check the address off of the address people send me so I know it was right. When I shipped it I only wrote your zip code (at the post office) for record purposes but filled the rest in from memory when I scanned it. What you're saying doesn't mean squat.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

This is exactly why we have to report any irregularity with trades on this board: to protect our brethren on this board. It is important to overcome any perceived embarrassment of having been scammed, or potentially scammed. We can personally take all sorts of precautions, but chances are we might still come across some scammers and may even be wronged inadvertently. Instead of doing nothing besides wallowing in our loss, mostly of our innocence and our pride, we have the duty to expose the perpetrator.

If you did something, this could have been prevented.

You're not helping your case with comments like that. The guy told you Paypal didn't work and you INSISTED on tryin' paypal instead of finding alternatives.

You make a valid point Andres. There's many ways of sending money to foreign countries. Trying to only use paypal sounds like a phony excuse to not pay.

And can we get off the tennis ability argument. Has zero relevance to this thread.

lol I kinda just explained how Mark sent it to the wrong address (which im pretty sure an honest man like him will admit) then tried to get insuarance for his mistake.

and how ive always tried to send Akybo compensation money through paypal or something of that sort and how I am still offering that.
im sorry if I have not resonded sooner, but I am really bad at tennis so I must spend most of my time at the tennis court.

I just read the very first post by abyko. The email from Trevor saying that his stuff was stolen was just about exactly what he said to me. I guess he had two bags stolen...

I tried to get him to pay me a partial payment to show me that he's being honest but I could never get him to cough up the "hypothetical" $75 he has in paypal, which incidentally is the exact amount he had when we did our deal. He offered me the same RDS003, some string, and even some electronics. Heck, you can offer the world if you never intend to pay.

If anyone wants to question my integrity just check for my references here. I have been here for years and everyone has posted great feedback. There should be a lot more but some people don't leave feedback.

who made you king of the castle, if you would spend more time clicking the refresh button than posting the samething over again you would find it much easier to find your answer.

no offense though, like I need anymore enemies on here.
