Please tell me what tricep exercise I can do (for my 1hbh) that won't irritate my shoulder/rotator cuff. I have been doing behind the neck dumbell raises (elbows pointing up). Not sure if this is irritating my shoulder ... (I am having some shoulder irritation when hitting forehands). I have only some dumbells at hand. Any other exercises specific for 1hbh'ers would be welcome.
