i have been playing tennis for about 9 months now and i had to switch a week ago from a western forehand to a grip that is between a eastern and a semi-western because the western gave me bad tennis elbow... i was wondering if i could get any tips on trying to hit this kind of forehand.

    Thanks

how do you swing, up and down or left to right? If up and down then try going left to right instead with the semi-western or eastern.
