'Breaking Bad' is awesome. I watch episodes on DVD.
Walking dead and American horror story. Everything else has me bored.
Apart from the obvious tennis on TV
Parks and Recreation
Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Office (not as good lately)
Dexter (not as good lately)
True Blood (not as good lately)
Favorite old shows (that I can remember),
That 70's show
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Watching Jeopardy as I poast
My Thursday line-up includes:
How I Met Your Mother (re-run)
All new CBS episodes of:
The Big Bang Theory, Two & A Half Men (much lamer w/o Charlie), Person Of Interest (kind of cool to watch Jesus Christ morph into quite a violent guy), & Elementary (modern day Sherlock Holmes on the prowl as a recovering addict in NYC).
Top Gear, Jeopardy, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo
Oh, and South Park
LOL at the schizophrenic last pair!
Two and a half men us horrible now. I was a huge fan of Ashton Kutcher in That 70's Show and its not totally his fault his character is a doofus but I cannot watch that show. anymore. Jake has become a side show, and its all just so far off from what it was when it started. The network is just trying to milk it, it should have ended with Sheen in my opinion.
The modern Holmes show is interesting though especially with a female Watson
The Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
I hate all of the reality crap on MTV, particularly Jersey Shore, but these MTV series ain't too shabby:
The Inbetweeners (2012)
Actually meant Game Time, the live show.
Boredone: +1, although Jon Cryer still manages to eke a few chuckles out of me!
Only when Ernie/Kenny/Charles are part of the program.
Is that the American one? They put the trailer for it out over here a few months back, it's exactly the same things as the original just, nowhere near as funny!
Case in point: Charles just took a shot at LeBron James
"Y'all seen LeBron's new commercial? What's he doing going to the barber for?"
To get prettier, eh?
I should mention, though, that I do watch South Park whenever a new season is on. I love how they rip into everyone and anyone, regardless of religion, gender, political affiliation, social class, race, level of fame, and everything in between. That show is probably the most "needed" show on TV these days simply because they constantly (and intelligently) expose the stupidity behind everything that grips this nation.
I've never seen the original British series and really have only seen a couple of episodes of the American version of The Inbetweeners. It's not quite as good as MTV's Awkward, but it did seem promising from what I had seen. Ditto for Underemployed.
I think the last two or three seasons have been absolutely horrible. They used to be a bit more subtle about who and what they made fun of, now it's much more predictable in my opinion. I love the older episodes they show during the day time on Comedy Central because they were just funny for the fun of it, didn't need something to happen in pop culture in order to be funny.
Ahh ok, you're missing out! The original is huge here, it's hard to believe it finished 2 years ago now, with the number of times it's repeated and the quotes used. There's a film too, which was just as good.
Yes pf course
I always watch the new seasons even if the level has dropped the last few seasons.
My favorites episodes are Imaginationland and Scott tenerman must die
24, the best one. The Wire, Prison Break, Lost (the first seasons), The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Six Feet Under and The Shield are great too.
I like watching some episodes of sitcoms like Seinfeld or Friends but I get bore after a while.
Of course ABC is canceling 'Last Resort'!:twisted:
it was a very good show and something different on TV for once!!!
Freaks and Geeks anyone?
Is anyone watching Revolution (on Monday night NBC)???
My schedule doesn't usually allow me to watch it but I'm off tonight. I saw one episode and it was fairly interesting but I'm thinking the gap since then will leave me "in the dark" (yes, pun intended!).
Should I watch it or there is no point now as it was cancelled?
Another network may pick it up. Sony studious, which produces the show, is known for finding ways to save a promising series. ABC will air all 13 episodes of this season.
There is an active twitter campaign to save the show.
Even Boss got cancelled.
I cant believe ratings count so much when it comes to quality vs money
Just finished the final season of damages
Gonna miss Patty Hewes...
Going to miss Fringe
I'm getting hooked on Elementary! Very edgy Sherlock and Lucy Liu as Watson is a real twist.
yep heard lots of great things about this show...
Breaking Bad - Best Tv Series I've ever seen
The Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
I also liked Startgate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis
If you don't object to anime, try Death Note, it's really good.
On my to see list:
Sopranos, The Wire, Homeland, Boardwalk Empire
American Horror Story season 2 was pretty bad this year. Well it was OK, just in no way give any competition to how great the 1st season was.
