TW and their Customer Service: A+

    Just a quick note to publicly thank Nolan in the TW CS department. He made right on an error by adidas when it would have been both easy and understandable if he'd just said "sorry about this, but it is an adidas mistake not ours."

    I truly was not expecting TW to be able to help, but they did and again proved why they earn >90% of the fairly large amount I spend on tennis gear each year. Thanks again TW!
