When a player wins a tournament, isn't it now customary to slip on the sponsor's watch before the trophy presentation? Come on Michelle, rustle up some TW bling for the man! ;-)

Great result, Tony. Hope you're loving every minute.

Thanks!! Yeah the surface is tough to play on. I don't think anyone really likes it but you have to adapt. In reality I think it helps my game for the most part

No Tony beat Robert Rotaru in the finals. Robert is a former D1 player that played for the Louisville Cardinals. He had a good college career.

Tony I feel your pain. Stay positive as you're a very lucky person. Life is a gift and we all have our ups and downs. Weather its a family death, health issue or a lost love, we are lucky to have the opportunity to live life. Most people live in poverty and never get a chance to thrive. I know its easy for me to say this, as I can only speculate what is going on, as its none of my business. We are with you.

    Congrats on the win Tony!

Sorry things are down for you ... hope they get better! You've always seemed to be such a nice guy on the boards and I think all of us hacks are lucky to have someone at your level interacting and sharing with us.

Best of luck man, I really hope I can watch you play in person some day!

    thanks.

after looking at the draw, anyone can win this.

Tony has as good of a chance as any.

Actually this draw is not any tougher then the open hard courts, might even be less

anyway, i believe Tony can do it

#1 DADAMO is 24yrs old, 551 atp, high of 480
#2 SCHNEIDER is 18 yrs old, 1197 high of 1197
    #3 DACIEK 23yrs old , atp 1025, high of 979
#4 BOYCE, 19 yrs old, atp 1549, high of 1522

    Tony plays

NOLAN PAIGE 19 yrs old, no atp pts ever

From the atp website, with many favorite spelling mistakes, unless there are 2 ways to spell it that I'm not aware.

Father, Ed, is a Fairfield University tennis coach, mother, Jacque, is an Executive Recruiter... Also has a brother named, Sayer...Started playing tennis in Fairfield with his Dad...Favourite surface is hard court, favourite shot is backhand and favourite tournament is ATP (New Haven)...Idol growing up was James Blake...Trains at the Stamford Indoor Tennis Academy...Hobbies outside of tennis include basketball and if he wasn’t a tennis player he would play basketball...Favourite sporting teams are North Cartholina baskbetball, the Mets and and the Knicks... Mother represented Purdue in volleyball and father played soccer for North Carolina...
