What kinda scoring you using? 48 in most standard leagues is still pretty good.

@John sent you a trade offer

Wow - brutal defeat for DC's Djokovices... 138.18 beaten by 138.52 of Andy Murray's FH. An extra reception for a 1 yard loss would have won it for you!

Wow that is tough! I still can't believe first week DC's and me both put up over 130 points and lost

Ah, BHiC, so you are Ain't No Curses this year. Yeah - tough loss for you too. I thought I was in the clear after the Sunday games, but then Shady McCoy, DJax and Owen Daniels went crazy and I could only scrape over the line with a 4th Q Houston D TD!

Yeah, thats me. I went from the worst name in league history last year to now just a badly thought up Friday Night Lights reference. I also thought I was toast on Sunday, especially after Roddy White gave me 2 points and I left Julius Thomas on the bench. At least I made it a little closer in the end.

After my failed attempt to pick up Fred Jackson, I am in need of a RB. If anyone wants to trade I am willing to give up anyone for the right deal.

Any idea whether the waiver rules are set so that the weakest team, or the player at the 'top' of the waiver queue (based on 'continuous rolling list'), gets first shot at pick-ups?

I was also in for Pryor and Jackson, and I didn't expect to get either since I won in wk 1, but I didn't expect the teams above and around me to be the ones able to pick them up. You were the lowest placed team acting on the wire, and haven't made a pick-up all year, so can't understand how you didn't get your first choice.

The terms they use to describle the various waiver types are pretty incomprehensible, so no surprise about the confusion!

I changed it to a rotating waiver, I know last yr there was a bit of an issue w the lower teams always getting the waiver gems. It is a bit confusing though.

To clarify last year it was "weekly rolling list based on standings" which meant most of the top waivers went to lower teams. Now it is "continual rolling list".

@BHiC: I see you used a waiver claim on Julius Thomas back on Sept 2, so that may explain why you didn't get Freddie this time around.

@Alftards, I see you used one Sept 6 to pick up Pierre Thomas, so that's probably why I got Pryor ahead of you.

Ah - thanks for clearing that up, JBF.

Yeah - I think when I looked at the waiver claims I saw your name on Sept 10, but I now see that was just for a drop, rather than a pick-up.

All makes sense now. Good luck with Pryor!

Yeah, me picking up Julius Thomas put me at I want to say 10th before the last waiver claims. I didn't think I was going to get Jackson, but I was hoping. I was able to pick up Andre Roberts though, so not all was lost.

Still, I am in desperate need of a RB if anyone wants to let one go.

Holy crap. We're you playing with 5 year olds? That doesn't Even make sense. You have arguably 2 first round picks and like 3 2nd round picks. Megaton, alf, green, forte then bush???

I drafted everyone except for Forte, I traded Golden Tate and Ingram for him. He had literally no WR and was loaded with RBs

Wow. The guy didn't want anything better than a WR 5 or a relevant RB? I would maybe give you an RB in the 30-40 range for that.

P.S he still literally has no WRs...

That is a ridiculous trade. No one in their right mind would trade a top 3 WR for a WR3 and a Low RB2/High RB3

I need a TE! In 2 weeks, I've had a grand total of 6 pts by my TEs.

I have a trade I need you guys to help me out with. I want Jermichael Finley, and the guy who has him wants either Pierre Garçon by himself or both TY Hilton and Kyle Rudolph. He's getting the better of the deal either one but I'm stacked at WR.

I would trade TY and Rudolph. Looking at your team I don't see many weeks when TY Hilton would start, and Ponder sucks so Rudolph doesn't have tremendous value. Garcon at least is in the mix to start during some weeks.

And back to the TTW league - With Lacy just going out with a concussion now I REALLY need a RB, so anyone let me know if you want to trade. I will easily trade Owen Daniels and/or Phil Dawson in a heartbeat, and anyone else on my team is up for grabs if one of y'all wants them.

Tight ends and kickers aren't really at a premium. You're gonna have to give up more than that if you want a good rb in return.

You are correct, and I am more than willing to give up more than that. I was just listing people who have little value on my team but could add value to someone else. Other people who I am willing to trade are - Cutler, Andre Roberts, Roddy White, Daniel Thomas, Alshon Jeffery, or Leonard Hankerson. I don't need a great RB either, just a middling RB 2 would be great!

    Bump!

Playoffs almost here -- Assuming Brandon Marshall puts up 7, the 1 and 2 seeds both missed playoffs last year. Nutcrushin Nads still in the running for a repeat, and the 4 seed is up for grabs tonight! Should be fun.

And I don't see myself having another season this good in a long, long time. I guess the saying about a monkey, a typewriter, and Shakespeare is true after all.

:) Hey, as long as Alshon keeps on keeping on, that's perfectly fine with me! I just am too lazy to find out what the tiebreaker would be if Huynhners loses.

How about that. I must say myself, that this is the best fantasy team that I've ever put to together. I think this is by far the most consistent team I've had.

Looks like a triple-rematch with Ain't No Curses!

Considering the first matchup was decided by .6 points and the second by 3 points, I better have my revenge this time! :)

Hoping for 20+ from Stafford,B-Marshall, V-Jax, Antonio, and Rashad.

Let's hope that Jamaal Charles gets 50 again

In all, great season guys! Some kinda were inactive(as expected), but we were still pretty competitive.
congrats to JBF#1 for finally having a decent season ;) ;)

Yeah, this is the best and most successful team that I have ever put together too. This weekend should be interesting though, we both are projected to have about the same number of points. [IMG]

Lets see what happens, and hope Jamaal Charles takes a wrong turn going to the stadium.

Well done, guys - both very much worthy finalists in the Championship game, having finished #1 and #2 in the regular season. You two are putting up huge points totals every week.

I'm happy enough having at least done justice to a title defence by reaching the play-offs, but I got absolutely tonked by Huyhners and his all-star cast including Jamaal Charles! Also was nice to finally have had Adrian Peterson on my roster; I only play one team a year, so it has always evaded me.

I think JBF is two years away from a title (next year play-offs - he's pacing himself)!
