I know, I know ... "this jerk wants it all!" But, there's a national tennis retailer's precedent that I'm thinking of here, a policy that they've had in place for decades that seems to have served both them and their customers very well. Specifically, would TW consider an under $5 flat shipping rate irrespective of the size of an order? Believe me, TW would do well in customer goodwill alone, because a customer already placing an order would almost certainly be inclined to throw in some more items knowing it won't affect the shipping bottom-line. Next, for us East Coasters, I'd love to see 2nd-day air shipping be the flat-rate standard. In the info age, a week is an awfully long time. Knowing that one would get their ordered goods in two days would be incredibly satisfying and would be a great factor in ordering. I often hold-out on placing a TW order until I have enough goods to buy to make the wait worth it, and even then, sometimes I'll cave and just buy grips, etc., locally. Look, TW does everything else well. Service and the website are top-notch. These two areas stick out for me.
