Probably a dumb question but are the stats on the racquets unstrung?

For example, when looking at the "Prince Graphite Classic Oversize Racquets" it says the balance is 5 pts headlight, is this strung or unstrung?

They are strung. I am 99.99% certain on this.

If you look closely as the specs on the right side, it says "Strung Weight" : http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageRCPRINCE-GRO.html.
It would make no sense for them to string up the racquet and weigh it but then provide only the unstrung specs for balance and swingweight, right? In general, strung and unstrung specs are never mixed.
