Glad you guys like the poly bag pic.

    Dunlop has three packages.
1st 2 racquets, 10 pack bag, shirt, and stencil
2nd 3 racquets, 10 pack bag, shirt, string, and stencil
3rd is the same as the 2nd but with 4 racquets

    OK I got a BIG**BIG question here:
I am in the UK and i got my new ranking yesterday:
County ranking: 34 <-- is this really low?
how is this ranking in relation to the USTA system?
I have no idea coz I am guessing SECTION > COUNTY
plus my national ranking is 900 sth
would I be able to get a sponsorship, however minor?
I know things dont come cheap,
just wondering. Anyway I got another (off-topic) question:
I am a junior at intermediate level,
I have been playing touraments and stuff
    with junior national ranking etc
I am 15 would there be ANY chance at all becoming pro?
If so will there be any body, i.e. sponsorship e.g. government funding to help me through with the process of becoming a pro?
I am really enthuastic about tennis and I am chinese (would this matter?) Anyway I LOVE THE GAME and i would like to improve..

It all depends on how good you are. If you are too 10 in the nation then yes you could probably gt funding from top compaines. Remember Mardy Fish was only around 20 in the nation when he was a junior now look at him!

I think all the babolat stuff is earlier on in the thread...

    I'm 14th in my county ( in under 14s)
I think my ranking half way through 2009 was outside the top 50
I've improved alot....what kind of deal will i get of dunlop?

I got accepted into ADNA select, it's actually a pretty decent deal and does not require you to pay monthly, you only have to buy the starter pack and the seasonal packs are optional. So I get 25% off all their stuff. And also I got 20% on both Kirshbaum and PolyStar.

I don't want Dunlops I like my Blades. Plus I already have 3. I think I'm just going to buy a reel of Gosen OG Micro, it's supposed to be good and only $30 for a 660 foot reel. Who cares if I break it a lot it's like $1.80 a set haha.

Because they are new in the U.S., PolyStar reqs at the moment are more than reasonable. However, as slots fill up, they will be more strict.

My daughter is top 5, 10s top 20, 12s in our section. around 500 national 12s but she is 8 would companies take her age into consideration in regards to sponsorships even if her ranking is not there yet.

Yeah, relatively. It's about the same as companies like Kirshbaum, Genesis, etc. Smaller ones.

I've actually heard really good things about Polystar though, and am probably going to order some Energy soon.

Try my setup which is in my signature,
Lots of spin and power, i strung it tight so it is perfect
i think 55lbs in crosses, 59lbs in the mains.
If not give the comfort poly a go, it's reviews are god,
in fact all the strings i've tried 3/4 are amazing,
its not a matter of mantis as a brand,
its a matter of which string!
