What age group? You should just apply for dunlop or mantis, they will probably give you something if you really want it.

Volkl and borisbecker are basically the same thing by the way. Not sure about topspin, but they're a smaller company; so I'd say they're not to hard.
I had an offer for Volkl, but ended up taking one from Wilson instead. For Volkl basically have a USTA rank, tell them you're talented etc.. you're dedicated.
Volkl is a very easy company to get.

Thanks! I told them that I was ranked 24 in my section eastern, and asked if they could work with me. Should that do the trick?

Try emailing sponsortennis@yahoo.com to get a prefered player /partial head sponsorship...they raise funds and help out many juniors that may not qualify for a sponsorship directly from head.

How do you get a sponsor from Kirschbaum? I was ranked about 800 nationally in fourteens. I'm still fourteen and will be for quite some time but I've started playing sixteens. Will I qualify?

Nope, you have to be top 150 in the nation for a full sponsorship, but you might be able to get partial which is like 20% off everything. Just email them.

I am a good player who takes primarily group lessons with about 4 coaches. When I apply for sponsorship who do I list as my coach?

Wilson's package is great :) 3 rackets, 12 sets of string, a bag, a stencil, and ink for $400.

I got 3 perfectly matched BLX PS95s from them, all dead on 11.0 oz!

I guess Wilson takes care of their own.

I got that deal for $325 just a while ago.

Everyone else: for the string, you can get up to 24 sets depending on the type you choose. Like you pick 2 options, so you can get six of Big Banger and 12 of Lux Savage, or any other mix and match option.

I went to the Wilson website, emailed them through the local email (Canada), and then my local rep from Toronto emailed me back.

very very hard nowadays. I have a good friend who is in top 100 of nation and top in texas, they almost wouldn't give him a partial one.

    Thanks. 2 questions.

    1) MHT, what was your ranking in the nation before you stopped playing tournaments?

    2) What does a partial sponsorship include?

    1) in the 1700s lol. It was because of my youtube not my ranking. And they saw i has decent in my tennis videos.

    2) I have 40% off and it also inlcudes wristband, grip, hat, shirt, stencil kit free with first purchase. The thing that sucks is the high shipping cost when i live 45min away

I applied for Dunlop, I think I should get it. I have a USTA Ranking and play tournaments a lot. My Sectional ranking doesn't look good... But I live in S. Florida...

Current ranking, past ranking, players you've beat, how many tournaments you play, a video of yourself playing are all things they would be looking for. Wether you live in S. Florida or not is kinda irrelevant.

Yup, which will actually make it more difficult to get sponsored. Big pool to choose from. Good luck and give it a shot. The best chance of getting partially sponsored is if you know someone who knows someone etc. Contacts are key, along with having a well presented and written up resume.

I'm sure just emailing Wilson will yield that.

If you search Wilson tennis and go to their site, at the bottom of the page is a link to contact them.

QFT, although I wish they made a natural gut string. The quality is superior to more popular companies.
