I an looking for clips of pros who DO NOT BOUNCE the ball with their TOSSING ARM on the ground prior to their serve
    Not talking about practice serves.
During a match i don't think I have ever seen a ATP NOT bounce the at least once before the serve

Good call. I've been around and even been on court and hit with Dusan and he was the first person I thought of when I saw this OP's question.

Yeah -- he almost never bounces the ball -- kinds throws you off a bit the first few times. Seems so odd -- LOL.

Haven't seen him in a while -- other than part of Novak's entourage now.

Interesting from the Becker Sampras video that Sampras only bounces the ball once. Also that Becker apparently replaces the bouncing with the rocking motion. Never really took notice of the older players pre serve routines only today's players with the excessive ball bouncing. Probably only noticed it more now since the announcers comment on it more often.

Yes, his serve went through several changes during his career. He stopped bouncing the ball before serving sometime around 1998-1999.

Bartoli hasn't been bouncing the ball before serving at Wimbledon this year.

Probably the most unusual of the great serves in the Open era. I happen to like it quite a lot. The motion is very fluid, I wonder how he developed it. In the beginning of his career it was jerkier but in the 90's it turned into that trademark cadence (I don't even know how to describe it). It certainly helped the serve to be powerful and precise.
