I am a 16 yo high school player and I currently use an Eagnas Hawk 10 stringing machine (http://eagnas.com/hawk10.html). It is a drop weight with 2 pt mounting and 2 floating clamps. It has done OK so far and I've had it for about a 1.5 yrs and can string my rackets in 25 mins (20 if I'm trying to go fast). I would like to get a nicer machine so ensure accurate and consistant string jobs. I also want one with more than two point mounting system. I don't want to spend more then $400. There are two other Eagnas machines I am looking at: the Flex 920 (http://eagnas.com/flex920.html) and the EAG 700 eL (http://eagnas.com/upright.html). Is a crank machine actually going to give me a better job...I have heard things about a diff in tension due to the fact that it isn't constant pull like the drop weight. Any comments, suggestions?
