okay, well i'm 25 and i've been playing tennis for about 15 years. When i was about 15 i switched to a western grip and ever since i have had success with the grip. But, ever since i switched the grip i have had so much upper arm pain (Bicep area). i Have solved the problem by working out and buliding upper arm strength but i have to workout at least once a day or the pain comes back while i'm playing tennis. I was wondering a way i could stop the pain completely WITHOUT switching my grip, or workingout? Also, if you have any information on why this is happening PLEASE TELL ME! thanks.
