What do people think is the value of the traveling team in terms of rankings and also to the player's well being and market value, (i know usually only the top 20 have a team with them). Here are the team members that you see many of them with.

    • Coach
    • Fitness coach
    • Physio
    • A Best Friend
    • Hitter(Only Nole and sharapova)
    • Girlfriend or Wife
    • Girlfriend on the side(when the Girlfriend or wife isn't traveling with them)
    • Publicist(only for the top 4 and usually only for Grand Slams or major cities)
    • Agent(Top 4 only and a lot of the other players share the same agent)

    Prob missed others? nutritionist?

What do people think is value/return on this, must cost a ton to fly and put them up if you are not making the SF of every tourney it doesn't sound worth it at all.

I think Feds traveled on the tour alone from about 06 to 08 (just mirka) and I don't remember Sampras toting along a big team as well. of course sampras was before the days of digital cameras and twitter, etc

The question is essentially unanswerable, as nobody travels with such a large team until they're quite successful, at which point it's too late to assess the value of it.

    I lolled !

BTW - nutritionists are in the same group as those anti-aging gurus, you really should say 'dietician'.

Tell me more about this girlfriend on the side. Is it allowed in all professions? Like can I bring one to work? Is it acceptable?

If I were ND, I would never let go of Jelena Ristic.

How can I get into Sharapova's team? As a massage therapist?

If you can find one to borrow, then give it a try.

These guys are CEO's of their own personal brand. The team just takes care of the day to day basic operations so the player can concentrate on their 1, 2, or 5 hr match every day - and nothing else.
