I am fairly new here, and this may have been previously discussed, but I was wandering if the pros (or top juniors) change their grips and swings and such depending on what court they play on. For instance, does Venus Williams use a more eastern forehand grip at Wimbledon than she would at Roland Garros? And, just wandering, what grip does Venus use (in general)? I know its a lot of questions, but I'm just curious. Thanks in advance.

Some will disagree, but aside from defensive stretch shots, I do not believe pros change their main grip. What they DO change in the swingpath. If you uses a semi-western grip, you need only change the swingpath to alternate between flat and topspin balls. The modern game is much too fast for active grip changes, and it's not necessary anyway.
