Id say its the best game out there, has alot of non usa players, but more are playing everyday. its a cheap game and get to keep it forever. There are youtube videos of the game if you would like to look. Im just trying to get more usa players into the game because we started a north american tour. We play a tour just like the pros do. Thanks chris

I have the demo version of Dream Match Tennis Pro. It only lets me play for a few minutes at a time, but it's a lot of fun.

Does the full version require a serial key, or is it just a different executable file than the demo?

I'm pretty sure that you can download the demo then pay for a serial number to unlock it (make it the full version).

In case you didn't know already, you can change the character names by pressing Backspace + F4 at the main menu. Go here to see the "correct" names for each character.

its cheap and they have updates each month if you have the full version. I think it helps my real game too. I just played someone from serbia and argentina today.

Anyone found using a gamepad gives better results than using keyboard with this game? If so, any recommended gamepad?

I just had a go at practice. I like how you can hit the ball even when your racket swings a few centimeters away from the ball.

I haven't played in a while. I was having trouble signing up for the world tour, and the lag was really a pain. I do like the gameplay, though. Very realistic game.

getting the first serve in with good pace is harder than a 3 credit course in macro economics. (thx 35f6!)

Hit letter D. I can get the first serve in about 50% of the time with letter S, but that takes time away so I don't finish the set. I usually finish the set by giving the computer a bagel. You can't get away with losing more than 1 game if you want to finish the set unless you buy that prog of course. I've beaten all 4 characters with bagels on both the baby level and the kid level on the exhibition mode.

yea, but D doesn't have good pace.

(I played this game about 4-5 months ago, just on the professional level though)

I mastered that game in no time. You just have to get used to it. I put my index finger on D, my middle on S, and my ring finger on A. D is for normal, S is for hitting shots hard, and A is for slicing. A little trick when you play the net is that you volley most effectively with letter A. The groundstrokes work best with letter S, but if the computer takes you wide, use D. Letters W and E are both for lobbing and are not different. The lob option should almost never be used because it's not effective. If you have any questions about the game, ask and I'll tell you.

I'd rather play Wii Tennis where I can watch people with no arms or hands run around and hit the ball.

Damn! I just gave S. Evans a golden bagel! That's a first. P. Scott has the best return game, but I usually play with A. Arnold because he's quicker to the ball. P. Scott rules with hard serves and a powerful 1 handed backhand. BTW, for those who want to know how to get a serve in with letter D; take your player as wide as he'll go. The percentage of the ball falling in on D are much better when the serve has a good angle.
