I bought my asics gel game 3 a little over 5 months ago. As i am getting ready to send them in i email tennis warehouse customer service about the shoes and the 6 month warranty and they say they dont offer that warranty. That implies that i wont get the replacements for these shoes even though they offered the warranty at the time of purchase.

What to do? Does anyone else have this problem?

Pick up the phone and call them. Clearly whoever emailed you was misinformed.

I had a similar issue. The apparently stopped offering the warranty on that shoe. It happened around the beginning of the year. I called in April and was shipped a new pair (after having my worn pair sent back to me--found it odd/inefficient that TW would do that without calling me), since the warranty was still in effect when I bought the shoe. If you bought them 5 months ago, you might be out of luck. But it doesn't hurt to call.

Sorted it out through email and the issue is resolved. Thanks for your responses everyone. Getting ready to send my pair in hopefully for a different color, that yellow is FLASHY!

Love the yellow 3s but no durability at all! I've had them for 3 weeks and they are ripping and getting holes in the sides/

one out of the 7 3.3's had a broken lace system, 4.3's no problem with the 4 pairs I had so far
as said above, I found slightly reducing the tightness on each lace helps its durability. just kinda experiment with them and you'll eventually get the hang of it!
