Ferrer's out of the tournament but we know he's playing for the moneyz so won't let go. Who's your pick?

Ferrer will win. Stan is a choker. He knows it, I know it, Ferrer knows it.

Ferrer seems completely out of gas. It should be a formality for Wawa (although I haven't checked their head to head)

Wawrinka will win but not before having a few epic chokes to give his fans a heart attack. Wawrinka in 2

Head to head does not matter. Wawrinka has definitely improved quite a lot. Wawrinka in straight sets 6-4, 7-5

Ferrer leads 7-4, they played two times this year, both time on clay and split their matches

anyway Ferrer has no chance of passing the RR stage right? if so he'll be less motivated than Wawrinka even though there's a lot of money to win if he hm, wins the match

    going with Wawrinka in 3

Stan gets the break. No signs of choking so far.

I always knew Stan has a great serve but this year its been up another level. Serving 134mph aces or un-returnable 140-142mph bombs !!

Unbelievable serving by Wawrinka. Shame he can't serve like this all the time.

Ferrer seems agitated, I said Wawrinka in 3 but at the moment it looks like Ferrer in 2

Respect to Ferrer. He is already out and yet he is playing like it is another final. What a champion he is and a great role model for every player out there!

What a dog fight that game was. Poor decisions all around (of course more from Stan). I love the aggressiveness on first serve, but he should start taking a little off under pressure. Hardly got any in during that game.

I am inclined to agree, but the tennis tv commentators made a few valid comments about Ferrer's scheduling during this part of the year and the prize money. I think 140K is playing a small motivating role in this one.
