I would want to replace grip from my Head FXP Instinct; old grip is Head HydroSorb.
I do not really like leather grip, and I want will buy a synthetic grip.
Which grip do you recommend that is heavier than Head HydroSorb?
I would like to make racquet more head light.

    Thanks

    Merry Christmas

Why not put lead tape under the grip? Then you could make the racket as head light as you want.

I don't think replacing your grip with another synthetic grip will cause a very significant difference in the weight/balance of your racquet. Maybe a couple grams at most.

Weights for replacement grips vary tremendously and in turn effect balance significantly. The Hydrosorb is 15 gms with a tiny bit of trimming. Many Yonex grips are 10 or so. All the Babolat grips show the weight on the packages and website and can range from roughly 10 to close to 25. Their ne air sphere is over 20.
