    which is better for building your body??repititions or crunches???? should you do like 20 dumbells or 10 crunches in a row?????

    Well if you want to build your abs then do crunches, if you want to build your arms then do dumbell curls...:D

    so crunches are best for abs and repetition is best for the arms????

    Repitition means how many times you repeat the movement. I do crunches 100 repititions each set...

    Okay...
    Crunches- on your back and crunching up using the abdominals

    Repetitions- the number of times you do an excersise (e.g. 50 pushups)

    Sets- Number of times you do a certain number of repetitions (at least 10 seconds between reps) (e.g. 10 pushups x 2)
