Is very intense, but is about the best anybody can get.
What they do is work in sprinting, footwork, core strengthening, and some resistance training all in one week.
They have you do sprinting in the sand, footwork on an agility ladder, core strengthening all over your stomache (not just crunches) and they have you do some resistance training with resistance bands.
They do fitness for about an hour each day, and at least five hours of tennis each day.
I don't suggest going for too long at Weil because they work you hard and your body will need a rest.
I know a couple of full time borders who get injured alot.
They keep it high intensity at Weil, and I suggest you do the same.
My fitness level has gone up.
