I was at a tennis shop trying on the Adidas ClimaCool Feather and found that they had a really strange fit. I really liked the feel and weight of the shoe. My only complaint was that the arch of the shoe it me in completely the wrong place, there was still room in the toe of the shoe for my foot and my heel was completely against the back, but the arch hit me at the bttom of my foot and the lower half of my arch.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with these shoes and is there anything I should do to try and work around this problem.

I'm now thinking of going with either the Yonex SH303 or the Nike Vaper S2 as my next shoe.

Put your own insole in the shoe. I use a Spenco cross-training insert, nice and cushy, and it fits my arch. If you go this direction, make sure the arch of the insole actually fits your arch; don't just go with the size listed on the box. I am a women's 9.5, but I have to buy a men's 11-12 insole and cut it to fit, because I have a loooooong arch. Stock insoles never fit me right.
