    I am very confused about which grips are which...I currently use a two-handed forehand...and I want to switch to a one hander..but I am not sure how I should hold it(I am actually more comfortable hitting a lefty one hander)...could someone explain or give me a link to a site that could help me...I have been looking around myself but I just dont understand the way they are explaining the grips.

    ok

    continental= pretend you are using the frame as a hammer to knock a nail in

    western=turn that last grip 90 degrees either way :D

    semiwestern=inbetween continental + western

    eastern= further round that western
