Us and Them - Dark Side of the Moon
Ever since hearing Tune Yards perform "Water Fountain" on Conan last week, I've been addicted to this song. Merrill Garbus has always been carving her own niche and reinventing a number of musical genres. As is the case with most creative and experimental artists, the results can often be self-indulgent, but I'm slowly finding Tune Yards to be more accessible. Now, when I listen to other modern music that I like, it all sounds uninspired/elementary/creatively weak by comparison. Damn you Tune Yards for ruining music!
AT THE GATES - Book of Sand
Just saw the band live a couple of days ago :twisted:
Excellent! From the Foreigner 4 album. Remember listening to it over and over again, think it was in 1981.
James Reyne ' Hammerhead'
Pat Cash lookalike dude sings well... anno 1987
Recent acoustic version .. sounds great!!!!
Look at all those stage lights. Also I am sure at lest 90% of the audience used their cars to came to the concert. So much wasted energy. Terrible for the environment. Think about the footprint.
Sonic Youth - Kool Thing
The Twilight Sad-Nobody wants to be here and nobody wants to leave
Bryan and Vinny show
You should check out the band Belching Cows.
the Byrds- Eight miles high
'Out of Touch' Hall and Oates
What an awesome duo they were.. Philly sound galore.
Taylor Swift's 1989. And I ain't ashamed of it either!
Metallica - The Unforgiven
maybe a little feeling guilt ..? no?
None whatsoever. It's a really good album!
Nobody puts baby in the corner..
She is a songerwriter that at a tender age shames the likes of Dylan, Springsteen, The Glimmer Twins and others.
I hadn't heard this 1975 live version of Led Zeppelin's Trampled Underfoot until recent months. Their Earls Court concerts were superb. They improvise so well together in this 9 minute plus jam. John Paul Jones is peaking, Bonham is his usual thundering self, Page goes off, and Plant is almost in awe of his fellow band mates as he hits all the right notes.
Steel Panther - All You Can Eat.
Some rare genuine non muzak tunes like this one by Pete Doherty(some talent)
'The Last Of the English Roses'
Freaks by Timmy Trumpet. What a trash song but I love it!
Primus - Wynona's Big Brown Beaver. Because I can't get enough
Dirt-Alice in Chains
Separate names with a comma.
