Agree. Mine are: Nirvana, Live, Audioslave, Alice in Chains, Incubus, Pearl Jam, & Culture Club.....whoops, getting a little crazy!

But seriously, 'Overkill' from Men Down Under is cool, especially the acoustic version.

I've always liked the sound of Audioslave. Like a Stone is probably my favorite song they ever put out. Show Me How to Live and Drown Me Slowly get honorable mention as 2 and 3 for my favorites from them.

I was never really able to get into Pearl Jam for some reason. Alice in Chains has some good songs, and I know it sounds cliche, but Man In a Box was probably my favorite song from them.

Listening to a wonderful song composed by the Nawab of Awadh in 1857 when he was banished from Lucknow to Calcutta by the Brits.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babul_Mora_Naihar_Chhooto_Jayea.org/wiki/Babul

    Translation:
    My father! I'm leaving home.
The four bearers lift my doli (palanquin) (here it can also mean the four coffin bearers). I'm leaving those who were my own.
Your courtyard is now like a mountain, and the threshold, a foreign country.
I leave your house, father, I am going to my beloved.

    Very nice thread..

I'm listening to the fantastic No Quarter from the one and only Led Zeppelin. This is a clip from the movie, The Song Remains the Same (live at Madison Square Garden in 1973).

I love a song the family can listen to together. You know, after Church and stuff. Oh, and Dream Theater's "Home" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4FrM82_NT8

my god, you quoted my post from like 4 years back !!!

I was just listening to the Court of the Crimson King in the movie Children of Men, and now i feel like listening to Animals (after watching that floating pig). Nice classical music in it too, the opera part.
