What can you tell me about the FISCHER VACUUM COMP 280

    I have a couple that I have hit with and they are pretty nice but I cant find any info on them anywhere.

    IIRC, that model was current as of 1990/1991, and was a 98 sq-in midplus Graphite/Fiberglass/Silicon Carbide composite of the same tapered-beam mould as the later VT Pro 98 or Pro No. 1.

    Wow thats going back a bit and thanks Retro for the information as always I dont know how you do it but V impressive thank you.

    PS The older I get the less vintage these old frames seem :)

    Im just thinking what would be a really useful resource is to have a racket log with every graphite frame made and the spec and the players who used it.

    I know there are players stringing logs from past french opens and so on but is this not something tennis warehouse could provide for all frames from the graphite era in one place so that old and obscure frames dont disappear forever from view I think it would definately be a well utilised resource
