I cant find it. I use Comcast cable, and live in the EST timezone. I can't seem to find CNBC network on my TV to watch the tennis olympics.

The only person who can answer that for you is someone who lives in the same city/service area as you. Every cable system assigns different numbers to the channels they provide. You have two choices, sit down and scroll through each of your channels individually, or find your channel line-up online at either www.comcast.com or www.zap2it.com.

Or you can just watch the live online streaming at www.nbcolympics.com. It is scheduled to start in about 15 minutes or so, according to the programming grid.

Okay I found CNBC. It is channel 4, and is currently olympic gymnastics. Theres this Olympus US tennis tournament going on at ESPN2 with Roddick and this other guy though, so that'll keep me occupado until midnight.

Channel 4 is probably not CNBC, it is more than likely your local NBC affiliate. CNBC is usually higher up in the lineup, next to MSNBC, CNN, Fox Noise, and CNN Headline. The lower numbers on cable systems are usually used for local channels and PBS.
