If you can distinguish between Austrian (stiffer and lighter SW) and the Chinese (more flex and higher SW), I would appreciate it. I think the LM Radical Tour is pretty close to an Austrian 280, but would be a little too stiff to match the Chinese version.

Are you looking for a new racquet because the 280's are getting harder to find or are you wanting something different for the sake of something new?

I have 2 PT 280s in hand and 2 in the bush for Friday delivery. Players with less perserverance and patience have asked me this question, unwilling to seek out their own PT 280.

The LM PRestige looks similar on paper, but it is very different hitting tennis balls. I will look for a chance to hit with the others, just for comparison's sake.

My PT 280s are 5-6 pts HL, on par with the LM Radical Tour. Do not believe the stiffness ratings for the Austrian 280s -- they play like they are in the 63-64 range.
