These are the national ranking levels. 6 and below are not national. I would guess that SR-L6 means "Sectional Ranking - Level 6" and DR-L7 means "District Ranking - Level 7". These should indicate the level of competition at the tournament (and the ranking points available), but since this is not on the national Tennislink site, I'm guessing it's left to the individual Section to define each of these things.
