I have a Wilson KPro Red Super Six Pack bag.

In it, I carry my pair of Wilson KPro Staff 88s, specs are as below- strung with Babolat Xcel Power 17 mains and Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour 17 crosses at 52/50lbs respectively.

    As for accessories:

    Cell phone
    BENGAY- for any aches/pains
Chemical Ice- so I can ice down any injury immediately, for faster recovery
Bandages/Gauze/Antiseptic- basic kit I carry ever since I skinned my knee
    Electrolyte pills
    Towels
5 X Nature Valley Granola bars- I prefer Oats and Honey over Trail Mix :)
    3 X Bananas
    2 X two-gallon water jugs- I drink A LOT of water
2 X Extra pair of shirts
2 X Extra pair of shorts
2 X Extra pair of socks
2 X Hats- if the sun gets in my eyes
1 X Extra pair of shoelaces
1 X Extra pair of shoes
    1 X Pair of sunglasses

Nothing else that I can think of :)

    Cheers,

I carry my racket separately, and in my little rucksack I carry two cans of new or newish balls, wrist sweat bands, wallet, phone, keys, and a water bottle.

I play at courts nearby, and then go home after, dont have a need to carry that much stuff to be honest

I am amazed at the amount of stuff people carry. is it all necessary?

Do you expect to be stranded on a desert island somehow during or after the match?

Most of these people are talking about what they take to tournaments / etc when you could be playing 3-4 matches over the course of a day.

At least I hope so because frankly unless your a 5.0+ player you really don't need most of that stuff.

    Babolat Team Line 12 pack

    - 3 Racquets - Pure Drive GTs
    - Reel of TournaGrip XL
    - pack of VS Overgrips
    - Assorted Babolat Custom Dampeners
    - Usually extra shirt, shorts, and compression shorts
    - 2-3 extra pairs of socks
    - 2-3 extra Nike Featherlight hats
    - 2 pairs of Nike CB 2.3s
    - Assorted Wristbands
    - Towel
    - Exercise Band
    - Camcorder
    - Gorillapod Tripod for Camcorder
    - First Aid Kit (Cold Compresses, Kinesis Tape, Elastic Tape/Bandage, Baby Powder, Advil, Scissors, etc...)
    - Chapstick
    - Sunscreen
    - Sunglasses
    - Water bottles
    - Multiple packs of GU Roctane
    - EAS Myoplex Lite Bars
    - Gum
    - Moleskin Notebook and Pen
    - 1-2 cans of balls...

...that's about it. FWIW, I have used my first aid kit twice in the last month..not on myself, but others. One guy cracked himself in the face with his racquet and a gal on our mixed team severely strained/pulled a calf muscle during a match. I'd really recommend building up a kit and keeping it stocked. I never would have imagined how useful cold compresses are...never had a need for them before. :)

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but do any bags have an insulated compartment that will carry ice? I currently bring ice separately in a mini cooler.
