I used to use SPPP and X-1. Now, full sets of X-1 to save the shoulder.

whats your current racquet and strings choice? And what do you like your strings to feel like? (you like stiff strings, arm friendly setups, etc) maybe we can gave you some suggestions based on what are you looking for. Currently I play with a Dunlop 200G, with ALU rough on the mains and tecnifibre X-1 bipahse on the crosses, at 58/55
