There are some numbers on all my Yonex racquets, RD-7, and super rd tour 90. What do they mean?
I think they correspond to date and location of manufacturer. My head racquets have a whole string of numbers on them.

I don't think that is correct considering I purchased this Yonex in particular back in 2000 from TW.
Most manufacturers put a tracking number on their frames to catch trends in racquet defects and weight fluctuations in the manufacturing process. On older Yonex models, those tracking #'s are on the buttcap, while newer models have them engraved on the throat. The "US" means that the frame was issued for the American market, since some models are re-issued in different specs for different countries, ie. Asian nCodes vs. the US nCodes.
