    Predominantly Eastern on forehand but will at times use a continental for slice approaches or if rushed or move a bit more Western if going for more topspin.

    Only guy representing the con. well it looks like I'm a dying breed. Thats the way I was taught so i rarely doubt that I change but i have no problems playing people that use the eastern, semi, or full western.

    in january i had a full western, then went ot sw then to eastern/sw like on the bevel, a littel more towards eastern. it took a while but my fh is so much better than before

    i think my backhand grip is more western than my forehand grip lol

    SemiWestern for most forehands, and a 2h bh that is WEIRD (eastern backhand bottom with western top hand)
