Will a lighter racket with a heavier swingweight allow for more racket head speed.
e.g. I have 11 3/4 racket with a SW 0f 303 per Bab RDC machine... I also have a 10 ounce racket with a SW of 314... Which one will I be able to swing faster

It depends.... You might be strong enough and have good enough stroke production to get each to maximum speed.

I think you will be able to swing the 10 ounce one faster even though the sw is a little higher. I went down in weight from 345 to 330 and up in sw from 325 to 330 and i swing the 330 racquet faster.

Whichever one YOU can swing faster, not the same with different players!
Some need light weights. Some need more weights. Some need lighter SW's, while other's need more SW's.
Everyone is different, believe it or not.
