What is your opinion? Watch from behind or not?

    I believe this is nonsense and Federer keeps his head very still but doesn't watch from behind the racquet. What do you think?

    meh I don't know could be true. But, I don't think so. I think keeping your eyes at the hitting zone is more than enough. <-- some pro's don't even do it(Roddick) and a lot of times I find myself not doing it either.

    thats one of the first sites i found. i read it extensively and was just thnking of going back there and studying the backhand now that i have seriously started the 1hbh.

    i would like some feedback on the site/instructions.

    Federers not even watching the ball at contact. It's a trick he's playing on us. He could hit a great fh with different head position. But then why would he!
