What Major muscle groups does Tennis use?

    What Major muscle groups does Tennis use? I forearm for sure, what else?

    Your back and chest muscles on the side you play, the hamstrings & groin as well as calf muscles. The stomach or core is also very important.

    Important muscles are shoulder, core muscles, and thighs.

    Your legs for sure. You also get some shoulder from serving and backhands. Tennis works the legs more than anything else so if you're trying to sculpture your body through tennis, you're not gonna do it. Tennis should be played for fun and never as a way to get your muscles bigger because it just doesn't happen through tennis. You want to look muscular? Lift weights or in the very least, do some calisthenics.
