What do you like/prefer? I'm not saying they have the same style, or who's the best at it, physically or achviements, etc.

    just personal opinions, insights, thoughts.

As for looks, Federer wins hands down. I believe that most of use try to implement one aspect of another of his game in that regard. As for Nadal, I can not hit a reverse forehand, really strange as I can do absolutely everything else. So the only thing I take form his game is the idea of being properly conditioned, train for speed, and never ever give up unless you have a serious physical issue which could ruin your season.

I think that Novak combines a lot of what these two players do and is the reason for his amazing success. Stop and think for a second, did you ever imagine that someone would come along that would dominate both Nadal and Federer?

Ferrer more than Nadal but I'd prefer the "None" option.

Definitely Nadal, Ferrer doesn't have as much variety really, he's very Davydenko-like with his game. A backboard per-say.

Nobody hits the Nadal forehand, because it's Nadal's. Nadal is more unique and therefore I pick him.

I think picking Ferrer would be safer for my arm.

Nadal, Ferrer's just a backboard. He doesn't do anything exciting.

Nadal because of his forehand - he's hit some amazing shots with it (versus Verdasco at the AO a few years ago for instance).
But while I like both players there are plenty of others I prefer to watch.

Nadal has more variety, so objectively him. Can't stand his antics, so I like Ferrer way better. Also, I don't particularly like watching lefties. Messes up the usual dynamics and makes it less easy on the eye for me.

Hard to say. I don't like Nadal's grunting and he looked so much better years ago with the pirate capri outfit than he does now, but that forehand is something to behold. His passing shots on extreme defense are out of this world.

I prefer Ferrer's movement and demeanor and cheer for him when they play each other, but I'd say Nadal is the more exciting and interesting player to watch, even putting results aside.

For Pete's sake, read the title. Your obsession got the better of you once again.

  17. Definitely Nadal, because he has a lot of variety, sometimes he challenges his own serve, sometimes he celebrates like a kitten, sometimes he wastes time, and of course he's so humbalicious, always saying "play with Roger is a drim for me, always a pleasure, no?"

Ferrer won me over when he hit a ball towards a crying baby in the stands not long ago. I had the same idea on a flight recently.

David does not celebrate his opponent's errors as often or vociferously as Rafa. For this reason alone, I would rather play against Ferrer than Rafa.

Fist-pumping and shouting "C'mon!" while scowling tough-guy-ishly at your opponent who just made an error due to your rallying smartly, when essentially, what you're saying is "Ha! Take that! Nah Nah Nee Boo Boo--I made you to make a mistaaaake. Yessss!" seems ironic for how effeminate and indirect the means of conquest was.
