The best string I have found so far for my N6.1 95 is Wilson Sensation Duo strung at #58. This hybrid has a great feel and I can generate a lot of top spin.

My favorite is to use a luxilon poly (ALU power rough is my choice) on the mains and gosen og sheep micro on the crosses.

ya.........but if you dont't want to spend somewhere around 55 bucks on a stringjob, id suggest babolat pro hurricane mains with wilson sensation crosses. best hybrid i've ever tried.

I do my own stringing...so the breakdown is as follows:
Package of Luxilon Alu Power costs approximately $13.95. Divide by two since you only need half...$6.98 for mains.
Package of Wilson Natural Gut costs approximately $34.95. Divide by two since you only need half...$17.48 for crosses.
    (Luxilon ALU) $6.98 + (Wilson Gut) $17.48 = $24.46 per racquet.

I originally used a Luxilon ALU/Gosen OG Sheep hybrid but swapped in the Wilson Natural Gut to soften up the string bed and enhanced feel. $25 well spent considering I'm getting much better life expectancy out of this hybrid compared to other hybrids I've tried...which is surprising considering gut is supposedly more finicky.

i see where your coming from, as i string my own racquets too, but im saying that for those who don't string their own sticks as sooo many don't, they also have to pay labor. $25 per racquet for strings+ $10-15 for labor per racquets doesn't come out cheap, especially is you have more than one racquet which most people who would be willing to dish out $$$ for gut do.
