I got a tracking number from the seller. The delivery status indicates the racket has been delivered, but no package ever arrived.

I've contacted the local usps twice now, and both times they said they'd call me about it, but they never did. what can I do?

Go to your local usps office and talk to the manager. Furthermore, call their cs: 1-800-ASK-USPS

    Good luck!

If the USPS records show the parcel as delivered, you are probably SOL.

As suggested above, you can go to your local PO and inquire about what occurred. They will check with the carrier who made the delivery. He will probably say it was delivered properly so it all probability you will eat the racket (unless the sender believes your story and decides to refund you. )

Also, PP probably won't do anything for you if the item tracks as delivered.

    SOL eh?

that's just freaking dandy. I called their carrier supervisor yet AGAIN today, and he tells me he'll follow up on it and call me back today.

Anyways, the house the racket was delivered to is in a safe neighborhood. It's nowhere near the campus or any apartments where college a holes would do anything stupid. Besides, I was told that the carriers don't update the delivery status until they get back to the post office. I figure the carrier probably pays no mind to whether he actually had the package in his/her hand.

so where the hell could it be?

I also want to point out that there was another package delivered that day. My mom doesn't remember whether or not she was home during the time of the delivery.

Just some more information to sort out. Any info other than "SOL" is helpful

Seriously, just get off your butt and march on down to your local post office instead of making empty phone calls and searching for answers. Chances are it's just sitting there waiting for you. This has happened to me twice before and after checking with my neighbors to see if they inadvertently picked it up, I visited the PO and le and behold, they had it. Write down your tracking number and take it to the pick up window. Good luck.

I went to both post offices in town, and if they had it I think they would've given it to me
